At Yellow Clothing Ltd, we want you to love your style; if a piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.

  Ship Your Return

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
